A brief description of the alloy-

Incoloy 800 alloy are the chromium, nickel, and iron-based alloy that is having good resistant to carburization and oxidation at high temp exposure. It too possesses high tensile and mechanical strength. The nickel alloy is no doubt identical except for the high level of carbon in the 800H alloy and addition of 1.20% of aluminum and titanium in an 800HT alloy. Alloy 800H is having creep-rupture properties at the temp ranging 600 Deg C plus. Alloy remains ductile at long term usage at the temp below 700 Deg C because of max aluminum and the titanium content of 0.7%.

800H alloy is resisting oxidizing, nitriding and reducing atmosphere and also the atmosphere alternating between oxidizing and reducing. Alloy 800HT is having good creep strength at the temp 700 Deg C plus.  If application involving frequent temp excursion under the same temp then 800H can be used.  It too remains stable in the long term high temp services.

Testing-

To check the quality of tubes, the ranges of tests are conducted like PMI/IGC test, hardness test, flattening/ flaring test, mechanical/chemical test, macro/micro test etc.

Documents offered-

To the buyers, the ranges of documents offered are heat treatment chart, QAP, raw material test report, guarantee letter, commercial invoice, material traceability report etc.

Packaging-

During the time of product delivering it is packed in wooden cases, wooden pallets and in bundles for safer shipping of the Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT tubes.
