Product details:

It is a commercial pure nickel alloy introducing the corrosion resistance also it has good mechanical properties as well. It has good thermal and electrical properties. This grade has good ductility and weldability. The grade is purely developed for higher strength applications. It has higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion even in environments that contain high levels of concentric acids.

It can be exposed to higher temperatures without any deformation and elongation.  It has a perfect combination of mechanical strength and weldability. It is workable even in exposed to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. It is completely designed considering the impact strength required in adverse applications.

The grade is formable with all hot and cold forming process. it is induced in the solution annealing process to retain maximum strength.

Testing facility:

We are equipped with latest testing machines and equipment in which different types of tests are performed. Hydro testing machine, offline eddy current tester, ultrasonic testers, UTS, hardness tester, and electroetching machine are some machines added to our testing unit.

The reports offered by us are attested certificate by manufacturing agencies, raw material test report, mill test report, quality assurance plan, fumigation certificates, welding guide, and specification guide. Other MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 is product invoice, Certificate origin by legalized manufacturers, packaging details, heat treatment details and stamping details.
