What does the grade tell us?

This grade is the most familiar grade we have known so far. It is used in a wide variety in commercial kinds of applications. Its structure processes everything. It is also known as the standard grade. It is also a mixture of many kinds of material. It does not require any support.  It can be extensively used in heavy pressures also.

Some characteristics of the product-

It has welding and forming properties, it has deep drawing quality; its corrosion resistant power is very high. Due to its hardness, it can cope up with the harsh natural conditions. Some test are there which has to be done while manufacturing the product they are- mechanical testing to test the tensile of area, pitting resistance test, intergranular corrosion test, hardness test, and visual inspection. Other tests are flattening test, flaring test, micro and micro test, chemical analysis- spectro analysis, positive material identification etc.

Product’s documentation – what does it need?

Certificates like raw material test reports, quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts, fumigation certificates, guarantee letter, the commercial invoice which includes the HS code. Also packing list like net and gross weight, certificate of origin attested by the chambers of commerce etc are offered by us.
