Alloy 304H is dual certified and meet all specifications. It is acceptable for high-temperature applications. It is Ugima improved machinability version, offer higher machining rates with standard machining speeds and feeds.

It has excellent welding properties. It is weldable with all standard fusion methods both with and without consumable. The grade may require post-weld heat treatments to attain maximum corrosion resistance. The grade is solution annealed in temperatures 1010-1120 degree C. However, this grade is not hardened by the thermal treatment process.

Alloy 304H has higher strength at hoists temperatures often retaining the structure. These tubes are ideal for pressurized applications above temperatures 500 degree C. it has good oxidation resistance in intermittent temperatures 870- 925 degree C. this grade is more resistive to carbide precipitation. It can be subjected to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Finished Stainless Steel 304H Seamless U Tubes are packed in Wooden boxes, crates, cartons, and cases, Spiral wound paper tubes, individual film wrap with plastic end cap supports. This packaging confirms none of any tube gets damage while exporting.
