Stainless Steel 310H Corrugated Tubes

Stainless Steel 310H Corrugated Tubes are widely used in high-temperature applications. These tubes are formed with austenitic stainless steel combine with nickel and moderate chromium content. Moreover, it includes a high carbon content. The alloy tubes have superior oxidation resistance in continuous services at a temperature range of 1150 degree C whereas in intermittent services 1150 degree C. The presence of chromium content offers superior resistance to corrosion in severe environments. Meanwhile, the high carbon content of this alloy enhances good creep properties.
The corrugated tubes are highly resistant to sulfidation, thus after exposing to high temperature these alloys are prone to intergranular corrosion. By the standard shop fabrication process these are easily welded. These alloy of tubes are hot formed and thus anneal at 1000 -1150 degree F followed by quick quenching.
