How the product is tested while manufacturing?

While manufacturing the product is tested by doing some on it which basically are hardness test, visual inspection, mechanical testing to test the respective area, intergranular corrosion test, and pitting resistance test. Other tests are micro and macro test, positive material identification also known as PMI testing, flattening test, flaring test, chemical analysis or spectro analysis etc.

Giving documentation to the product-

Documentation simply means approving the product. Documents include fumigation certificates, raw material test reports, commercial invoice, quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts, guarantee letter and many more etc.
