Stainless Steel 316 Instrumentation Tubes are manufactured by one of the renowned company called Jay Hind Metal & Tubes. We are a reputed manufacturer and exporter of this product. We meet all the requirements of the customers to fulfill their needs. This product is also available in various designations, standards, specifications, and sizes. Our SS products are best in class and widely used in the industrial and engineering sectors due to its vast features.
Alloy 316 is a high work hardening rate austenitic SS grade. These are utilized where high tensile strength is required. The controlled treatment of alloy enables grade to retain sufficient ductility in harsh conditions. The full hard tempers should be used where high wear resistance and spring features are required. The lower carbon version is preferred for improved ductility also in heavy sections. This grade comes in all variant ranging higher to lower carbon version. It has higher corrosion resistance ability same as traditional grades. It is externally exposed to mildly corrosive environments.
It is heat treated and cools rapidly. The thermal process is cannot induce to harden the tubes. Its low carbon variant is used where a high strength SS is required. It is suite to all type of standard welding process. The filler rod is recommended for the welding process. It has oxidation resistance in cyclic environments up to 840 degree C. It is subjected to pitting and crevice corrosion environments. It has higher creep and impact strength due to its alloying elements. It is machineable with standard machines.
Quality policy objectives:
We offer on-time delivery of products that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations at all levels. We are committed to continuously improve all business related aspects ranging to marketing and production. The manufacture products are whirl from strict quality tests those are Mechanical properties testing, Thermal performance test, natural circulation stability tests, PMI test, impulsive line leak test, hydrostatic test, sigma detention, and destructive/non-destructive test.
Special tests are hydro testing, vacuum test, ultrasound, hardness test, tensile test, flattening test, ultrasonic test, Pressure tests radiography, and pneumatic leak test.
