Alloy details-

Alloy 317 is the austenitic nickel-chromium SS alloy that is having phenomenal corrosion resistance ability and high molybdenum content is improving the grade ability to resist pitting. It is the highly corrosion resistant alloy of the series 300 and possesses the creep strength and high tensile properties at greater temperature. Alloy 317L is the low carbon austenitic nickel and chromium SS that can be used in the applications wherein the annealing is not possible after and wherein the maximum resistance to corrosion is required. It is having good corrosion resistance at an intermittent service at 16009 Deg F and 1700 Deg F at continuous service.

Testing-

Hardness test, PMI test, IGC test, mechanical test, chemical test, pitting resistance test etc are the test conducted for checking product quality.

Packaging-

For safer delivering of the Stainless steel 317 / 317L seamless tubes, the packaging is done into the wooden cases/pallets. This does not let the product quality to get spoiled when shipped to farther distances and the product is delivered on time.
