About the grade-

The first grade is kind of steel plate with good corrosion resistance. It also has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion as it gets exposure to temperature. It has also had high-stress rupture quality which makes it strong. If we talk about the second grade it is also stainless steel plate with higher alloy mixture. It works only in cold temperatures only. It can be easily welded by standard practices. It has developed strength.

The product has a benefit like a variety of shapes. It comes in a wide variety in the market, it needs less processing for working, and it has a reasonable rate and has tough and long lasting finishing. It has the strength to tackle cold and hot temperature both. It goes through an electric resistance welding process which makes the product even stronger.

Material testing of the product-

Tests are done like mechanical testing, hardness test, visual inspection, intergranular corrosion test, positive material identification –PMI testing, micro, and macro testing. Other tests are flattening test, flaring test, chemical analysis or spectro analysis, pitting resistance test etc.

Documentation-

Fumigation certificates, quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts, commercial invoice, raw material test reports, guarantee letter, packing list like net and gross weight, and certificate of origin attested from the chambers of commerce. Other reports are NABL approved laboratory reports, material traceability records, welding procedure specification, form A for the purpose of the generalized system of preferences etc.

Stainless Steel 321 / 321H Welded Tubes is packed in wooden like structure boxes or cartons, or else can be packed in pallets like structure.
