Stainless Steel 347/ 347H Boiler Tubes are known from its standard name UNS S34700/S34709 boiler tubes. These are stabilized chromium, austenitic steel alloy boiler tubes. In addition to it includes columbium content that offers outstanding corrosion resistance and stress rupture and higher creep properties. These grades of boiler tubes are applicable in those circumstances where intergranular corrosion and sensitization are of great concern. Both the grades are similar to each other but grade 347 H consist of high carbon content.
The boiler tubes show good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. Thus these excellently perform in strong oxidizing conditions at a temperature range of 1500 degree F. Furthermore in hydrocarbon services these tube boilers excellently resist polythionic acid strain corrosion cracking. The boiler tubes are easily formed and exhibit good ductility and durability. Through standard shop fabrication process these are easily welded.

Quality check & testing
Before dispatching the product in the hands of clients our experienced quality inspectors carefully examine the complete product on the various stage of production. This test is like a chemical analysis, mechanical test, PMI test, pitting resistance test, flaring test and IGC test. Other tests are a tensile strength test, hardness test and many more.
To provide quality assurance to the customers we give approved test certificates to them. These are like third-party inspection test report, 100 % radiography test report, MTC as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 and raw material test certificate.
