Grade data:
Alloy 347/ 347 H is a basic austenitic SS with 18/8 composition. This grade is not sensitive to intergranular attacks after the heating in the carbide precipitation in the temperature range of 425- 850 degree C. It is combined with high strength, resisting scaling and phase stability while retaining resisting elements.

Alloy 347 H is modified version of 347 grades. It has controlled content that improved to provide higher temperature stability. It is equivalent to standard grades in the annealed conditions. It is superior in the service in the higher temperatures. Stainless Steel 347 / 347H

Instrumentation Tubes can be subjected to pitting and crevice corrosion in the warm chloride environments. It opposes stress corrosion cracking (SSC) about 50 degree C.

It offers excellent oxidation resistance in the fluctuating temperature up to 900 degrees C. Moreover, it offers continuous temperature in this temperature. It has higher hot strength and it is particularly stable in the higher temperatures. It is heated between 950- 1120 degree C and cooled with water. The normal solution treatment is followed to retain mechanical attributes. Furthermore, it is stress relieved.

The manufactured instrumentation is carried out by testing process that verifies the quality of products. Those tests include hydro testing, vacuum test, impulsive line leak test, fatigue test, flexure test, compression test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, and pitting corrosion test.

Other featured tests are sigma detention, ultrasound, positive material test, micro/ macro test, Pressure tests, pneumatic leak test, destructive/non-destructive test, chemical analysis, and intergranular corrosion test.
